Products
3D figurines, keychains, charms, books and prints, all handmade.
Slight variations may occur from one piece to another.
Decorative items, not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Prices & Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (€). VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French CGI).
Secure payment via Stripe.

Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay with tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The seller undertakes to ship the order within the indicated timeframe.
In case of delivery issues (delay, loss), the customer is invited to contact the seller in order to find a solution.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal for standard items.
Items must be returned in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and checked.

Liability
As the creations are fragile and decorative, they must be handled with care.
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Intellectual Property
All creations, images, texts and the Molly’s Forest universe are protected.
Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law
French law applies.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
